Arctic blast puts Carmel Winter Games on ice

Brrr! It looks like our local Carmel Winter Games are going to have to wait a little longer to get started. That chilly Arctic blast has put a temporary freeze on the fun, but we're all hoping for some warmer weather soon so we can get out there and play!
